The president of Moldova, the members of Parliament, the Constitutional Court justice members, the members of the Supreme Court of Justice, of the appeal courts, of the Higher Council of Magistrates, judges of other courts, the members of the Auditos Chamberm the prosecutor-general, and other prosecutors and their deputies, the members of the managing board of the National Bank of Moldova and of the National Financial Market Commission, the members of the Central Election Commission and their deputies, ombudsmen office members, the head and deputies of the Government Administration, the heads of the regional offices of the Government Administration, chiefs of the local public authorities were all obliged to submit by 30 January the declaration of revenues and properties to the Center for Combatting Economic Crime and Corruption.

In January 2011, the Chisinau was due to work out and to approve an Action Plan for negotiations on a Free and Deep Trade Comprehensive Agreement between the Republic of Moldova and the European Union, which would comprise the necessary activities to fulfill the key recommendations and additional requirements.
