A while back we’ve heard that "someone" from the British newspaper "The Guardian" was going to visit Chisinau to hold a training on Social Media called "Using social Media for Positive Socially Aims". This "someone" turned out to be Kevin Anderson, the digital editor of the online edition of "The Guardian".
